Technology & 3D Mapping.
To guarantee that every component meets your exact specifications, we utilise a high-specification Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) within our climate-controlled inspection suite. This advanced technology allows us to map 3D co-ordinates with micron-level precision, verifying complex geometries directly against your original CAD models in ways that traditional manual gauging simply cannot achieve.

All raw materials are inspected and certified on arrival, with supplier certifications logged and retained within our quality management system before any machining commences.
In-Process Inspection

CMM Final Verification
Every finished batch passes through our climate-controlled CMM inspection suite, where 3D co-ordinate mapping verifies all critical features against your original digital design data.
